At Sportswear FC, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. Please review the comprehensive guidelines and eligibility criteria below to ensure a smooth transaction.

1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a valid return or exchange, your items must fulfill the following statutory requirements:

• You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the official delivery date.
• Products must be in their original, unaltered condition and packaging, with all original tags attached.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and show absolutely no signs of usage or modification.

2. Exchanges and Refunds Guidelines

Our return operations are classified into two distinct categories depending on the nature of the product:

a. For Standard Products (Without Personalization)

• Items without customized names, numbers, or specific logos can be exchanged for items of equal value or returned for a full refund.
• If the replacement item selected is more expensive, the customer is responsible for settling the price difference.
• Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying all return and exchange shipping fees.

b. For Customized Products (With Personalized Information)

For individual items where customers request specific personalized details (such as custom names, team numbers, custom logos, patterns, or tailored adjustments), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds for custom gear unless an explicit error was made on our part.

Valid Exceptions Include:

• The received product size deviates completely from our advertised size chart description.
• The personalized information does not match the exact specifications provided in your original order details.

Important: Please thoroughly double-check our product size charts before finalizing your order. Sportswear FC cannot be held responsible for customers selecting incorrect sizes for customized apparel.

If your custom order qualifies for an exception, please email us with clear photographic evidence:

• For Personalization Errors: Provide a photo showing the incorrect spelling, number, or layout compared to your order receipt.
• For Size Discrepancies: Provide a photo of the garment laid completely flat on the floor with a measuring tape indicating the specific dimensions that differ from our chart. This allows our production line to verify the error and fast-track your replacement or refund.

3. How Refunds Work

Follow these simple steps to request a refund:

• Contact our Customer Service Team at info@sportswearfc.com to initiate the request.
• Include your Order Number, specific product details, and the explicit reason for your return in the email.
• Once approved, you will receive step-by-step return shipping instructions and our secure warehouse address.
• Upon arrival at our fulfillment center, items undergo inspection (usually within 72 hours). Approved refunds are systematically processed within 5 business days.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

All approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment method used during checkout via Stripe. While we complete the transfer within 5 business days, please note that your specific banking institution or card issuer may require a few additional business days to officially reflect the funds in your account statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are strictly excluded from refunds or exchanges:

• Customized or personalized gear (unless a production defect is verified).
• Items exhibiting clear signs of use, laundering, wear, or cosmetic modifications.
• Packages explicitly marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but claimed as lost or stolen after delivery.
